Holiday: December 19-January 1 and February 13-22              $195 per night/5 night minimum
(Christmas, New Year's and President's Day)                          President's Day

High Season: January 2-April 12                                             $175 night
10% resort tax added to all stays
3 night minimum stay
$75 cleaning fee - Waived if you stay 5 nights or more.
$200 deposit due at time of reservation - balance due 30 days prior to arrival
Full refund if cancelled 45 or more days from arrival or if owner is able to rent.
